<p>I love the choice of materials for this simple bakery, timber for bread, excellent. Also it's great to see some of the texture of what is obviously an old building retained as a contrast to the modern plywood elements.</p>

It's clean stripped back with a great mix of seating and uses inexpensive materials. They even have a huge glass sliding door to bring the exterior garden into the dining-room.</p>
